基于PLIB标准面向零件族的零件库信息模型及其表达

Information Model of Parts Library and Its Representation Based on PLIB

摘要: 建立零件库的目的是通过有效的零部件供应渠道和整个供应链的信息集成实现企业间和企业内部零件资源共享.不同应用系统(如CAD)间的数据表达与交换成为零件库资源共享的关键和瓶颈问题.本文基于PLIB (ISO13584)标准,面向零件族,用形式化的方法和统一的数据格式表达零件库信息,建立零件库信息模型.文章首先分析了对零件库信息表达的需求,然后介绍了PLIB标准,最后描述基于PLIB标准的零件库信息模型,并且结合法兰盘零件族,介绍了基于ISO10303-21的零件族信息物理文件表达.

Abstract: Data representation and exchange of parts library is one of key techniques for resources sharing．Formal method and standard format used to represent and model part family in PLIB（ISO13584） is presented．Information of part family is represented by physical file defined in ISO10303-21，taking the flange family as an example．
