型腔高速铣削刀轨生成算法研究

摘要: 在常规的环切刀轨生成算法基础上,设计了型腔高速铣削加工刀轨生成算法.对刀轨的拐角进行了平滑处理,实现了相邻刀轨环之间的光滑曲线过渡,避免了刀具运动方向的急剧变化,可使切削性能得到改善.Abstract: Contour-parallel way of cutting is adopted. Sharp turning corners of the tool path are rounded,and the transition from a tool path track to the neighboring one is fulfiled through smooth curves.In such a way,the abrupt change of direction in cutter’s motion is avoided and the cutting performance is improved.
