基于空间坐标转换模型的多视图尺寸完备性检查

Completeness Testing of Dimensioning in Multi-Views Based on Space Coordinate Transformation

  • 摘要: 尺寸完备性检查一直是CAD/CAPP/CAM领域研究的重要问题,但由于视图表达的多样性和尺寸标注的灵活性,尺寸完备性检查一直都未得到很好的解决.文中建立了空间坐标转换模型,将工程图中计算机内部的屏幕坐标转换为与之唯一对应的空间坐标,并通过尺寸虚拟分解,将复杂的非线性尺寸标注分解为多个线性尺寸标注;在此基础上,利用逻辑推理实现了工程图多余尺寸和缺尺寸的判别.

     

    Abstract: Completeness testing of dimensioning is an important part of CAD/CAPP/CAM, but due to the multiplicity of views and flexibility of allocating dimensions, the problem has not been solved perfectly. In our approach, the screen coordinates of different views in a part drawing are converted to an unique space coordinate, and the nonlinear dimensioning schemes are decomposed into several sets of linear dimensions. Then, testing whether the dimensions in the drawing are redundant or insufficient is carried out by logical reasoning.
