摘要: 提出了一种在多点成形CAD中计算各冲头与板材接触点的快速算法采用非均匀有理B样条表示的板类件曲面,先将其转化为分片有理Bézier曲面,然后再进行接触点计算,以避免了计算中的递推过程,并可以极大地提高接触点的计算速度经大量实例验证证明,本文算法不但计算速度很快,而且精度很高,完全可以满足工程实际的要求.Abstract: A rapid algorithm for calculating contact points between punches and work-piece in multi-point forming CAD is proposed in this paper. The basic idea in the algorithm is to transform NURBS surface that describes the shape of a work-piece to multi-piece rational Bézier surface before the contact points are calculated. As a result,, the calculation can be made at relatively high speed since lots of recurrence from NURBS formula may be avoided. The algorithm has been verified by lots of practical examples, and the result shows that it can substantially improve calculation speed while keeping high precision and fully meet the need of engineering applications.
