复杂曲面造型及在CAD/CAM中的应用

Complex Surfaces Moulding and Its Use in CAD/CAM

  • 摘要: 本文提供了一种根据Bézier曲面理论拟合复杂曲面的方法。使用这种方法,可以解决通过拟合散乱数据点来得到复杂曲面的一大类问题。在计算曲面截面线方面,由于广泛地应用了分割定理及其退化形式,从而节省了大量的计算量。应用这些方法,我们编制了曲面CAD/CAM程序系统,并成功地在数控机床上加工出了柴油机进气道等模具。

     

    Abstract: The authors provide a method to fit complex surfaces using Bezier surface theory. With this method, we can solve a kind of problem of getting complex surfaces by fitting the given scattered data poiats. In calculating the points of intersection of surfaces, a great deal of time has beensaved, due to widely using the segmentation theorem and its degenerative form. With these methods, the authors have made a surface CAD/CAM program system and successfully manufactured a mould of helical intake port of diesel engine on NC machines.
