摘要: 建立了一个新的三维材料晶粒长大的Monte Carlo图像仿真算法.算法构造简便,使用灵活.与原仿真算法相比,不仅具有明确的物理基础,而且可以明显提高模拟效率.该算法可方便地应用于立体材料水平截面、空间任意角度截面显微组织及其演变过程的直接观察,又能可靠地用于多晶体材料晶粒长大动力学、拓扑学等的定量分析.Abstract: A new image simulation algorithm for three-dimensional grain growth of polycrystalline materials is built.The algorithm is simple in structure and flexible in application.Comparing to the old algorithm,the present method not only has obvious physical meaning,but also improves the simulation efficiency prominently.The algorithm can be conveniently applied to observe microstructure and its evolution in materials on horizontal sections,as well as sections at certain angle to the horizontal plane,and can also be used in such quantitative analysis as kinetics and topology of three-dimensional grain growth.
