集成CAD/CAM中扭曲直纹面的误差及其控制

TOLERANCE AND ITS CONTROL FOR TWISTED RULED SURFACE IN AN INTEGRATED CAD/CAM SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 针对多坐标数控加工集成CAD/CAM系统开发过程中,处理直纹面设计与加工所遇到的问题,提出用扭曲直纹面定义工程上频繁使用的一类曲面;用扭曲角和扭曲度刻画该曲面特征;提出用特征偏置法求取刀轴矢量,以使加工误差在刀具与被加工面切触状态下趋于最小;讨论通过调整扭曲度、刀具半径和公差值的相互关系,使误差控制更加趋于合理

     

    Abstract: In developing an integrated CAD/CAM system for multi axis NC machining, especially for the design and manufacturing of ruled surface, a kind of curved suface used frequently in engineering is defined as twisted ruled surface. Its main feature can be depicted by twist angle and degree of twisting. For finding the tool axis vector, a feature offset method is proposed to minimize machining tolerance under the condition of circumferential milling. In order to improve the machining process,the inter relation ship among degree of twisting,cutter radius and tolerance is discussed.
