一种面片约束的变形技术

Patch Constrained Deformation Technique

  • 摘要: 如何方便地设计和编辑修改实体或曲面模型,一直是CAGD和CG中的一个重要问题.提出一种基于面片(patches)约束的变形技术.用一个参考面片定义要变形的物体的某些局部特征,另一个面片用来定义参考面片将会变形到的位置.通过对变形物体上的各点分别进行比例、旋转和平移操作,得到变形结果.扩展因子的应用可增强变形的可控性.

     

    Abstract: A reference patch is demarcated to define the local feature of object to be deformed,while another patch predicts the shape that the reference patch will move to.After the object is bound to the patches,three transformations:scaling,rotation and translation,are performed to all the points needed to be deformed. With our algorithm,the deformation looks natural.Furthermore,additional scaling and offsetting factors can be used to extend deformation effects.
