分形特性角度定位研究

PCB Positioning Based on Fractal Property of Image Edge

  • 摘要: 提出一种将分形理论用于PCB图像定位的新方法.以PCB上的矩形定位标志图像为研究对象,分析其边缘特性,结果表明图像边缘具有典型的分形特性;用去除边缘异常噪声加补偿的方法对图像边缘进行处理,消除噪声对图像边缘对应的分形曲线特性的影响,得到较精确的边缘分形曲线分形维数;推导出图像转动角度与图像边缘分形曲线分形维数的理论关系式,根据边缘曲线的分形维数精确地得到了目标图像的转动角度,解决了PCB板的精确、快速角度定位问题.

     

    Abstract: A novel approach of PCB image positioning is proposed. The method focuses on the rectangle mark image of PCB and analyzes the fractal property of image edge. By deleting nonordinary edge noise and compensating for the length of fractal curve, we can get the fractal dimension value from the edge curve property. An equation is deduced to represent the relation between the dimension of fractal curve and the turning angle of image. As a result, we get the angle value of PCB image exactly. Results from analyzing real image edges confirm that the fractal method is a new powerful tool for angular positioning on PCB.
