微细电火花铣削加工CAD/CAM系统实现

CAD/CAM System for Micro-EDM Slicing Milling

  • 摘要: 基于分层扫描微细电火花铣削加工的基本思想和电极补偿策略,利用Pro/E进行零件造型设计和分层规划;然后利用OpenGL和Visual C++6.0对Pro/NC生成的数据文件进行处理,开发了支持NC代码自动生成和电极轨迹动态仿真的CAM系统.该系统已应用于微细电火花数控加工系统,实现了微三维结构工件加工.

     

    Abstract: Based on the idea of Micro-EDM milling and the strategy of electrode wear compensation,a CAM system for machining3D micro-structures is presented.Part modeling and slicing planning are fulfilled with Pro/E.The data file generated from Pro/NC is postprocessed with OpenGL and Visual C++ 6.0 to generate the Micro-EDM controlling codes and realize the dynamic simulation of electrode path.Experiments with a micro-EDM numeric control machining equipment verified the feasibility of this approach.
