打印机色调自补偿数字半调的模型与算法

THE MODEL AND ALGORITHM FOR TONE SELF-COMPENSATION HALFTONE PRINTING

  • 摘要: 针对半调打印图象色调失真问题,给出一种基于伽玛变换和打印机模型的色调自补偿数字半调模型和相应的误差分散算法.与现有开环预补偿模型相比,新模型引入了反馈和自适应控制,提高了补偿精度.所给误差分散算法增加了补偿印点增益功能,可明显改善半调打印图象的质量.

     

    Abstract: For the tone distortion problem occured when halftone image is printed,a tone self-compensation halftone model,which is based on Gamma transform and printer model,and a relevant modified error diffusion algorithm are proposed.With the adoption of feedback and self adapting control,the new model introduces a higher compensation precision than the present open-loop precompensation model.The modified error diffusion algorithm based on the new model will successfully compensate the dot gain and improve the quality of the printed image remarkably.
