Abstract: Key issues of seeking a short-term consortium or alliance of companies to form a virtual enterprise to address the fast changing opportunities in global market place are studied.Main topics of reengineering business processes,using strategy of taking reliable and feasible steps,organizing suitable supporting services,and creating a powerful information infrastructure are discussed in contrast to the legacy system of enterprises.
