Abstract: The relation of colour pattern，coloured warp，coloured weft and the model for regular weave texture are given on the base of their formative principle．Some efficient algorithm is developed for determining the colour order of warp and weft thread which yields a given colour pattern and regular weave texture．In the last，the design system structure and data processing flow are given．
