3D Visualization of Large DEM Data Set Based on Grid Division

摘要: 提出基于格网划分的实时LOD分层方法,该方法基于DEM和影像数据固有的栅格特点,使用简单的几何算法即可实现DEM数据的动态分层,计算量小,可实现对大数据集DEM数据的实时漫游.Abstract: In this paper,a real-time LOD division method based on grid division is developed.Based on raster characteristics of DEM and image data,this method uses a simple geometric algorithm to implement the dynamic DEM data delamination.It costs much less calculation time,and could obtain fast visualization and animation of large DEM data set.
