摘要: 依据心脏解剖学、板壳理论及心脏瓣膜最佳流场条件,用计算机图形学理论模拟人体心脏瓣膜,进行生物瓣膜几何参数化造型设计,并给出不可展空间瓣架、瓣叶的近似展开算法.按此理论技术方法设计制造的无底座人工生物主动脉瓣膜,经反复体外测试及在体临床应用,均证明性能优良.Abstract: Based on the heart anatomy,plate-shell theory and optimum working condition of heart valve,we simulated the human heart valve with computer graphics.Parametric geometric modeling of bio-valve is accomplished, and the approximate development of non-developable stereoscopic valve frame and valve leaf is presented.Non-basement bio-valve has been designed and manufactured according to the theoretical results.Its good property has been confirmed by measurement in vitro and clinical application in vivo.
