三维CAD模型直接切片技术及其在快速成型中的应用

Direct Slicing and Its Application to Rapid Prototyping

  • 摘要: 利用PowerSHAPE造型软件进行直接切片研究,以直线、圆锥曲线和三次Bézier曲线作为直接切片轮廓描述的基本元素,以PIC文件作为切片数据描述的接口标准,以AutoSection宏获取任意复杂CAD模型的直接切片轮廓描述数据.以三次Bezier曲线为例,研究曲边平面环域的光栅填充算法及其实现.在此基础上,开发了直接切片数据处理软件PDSlice,描述了该软件的主要输入/输出数据接口以及PIC模型重构方法,并将其成功地应用在自主研制成功的HRPS-Ⅲ型选择性激光烧结(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)快速成型系统中,制作了一批直接切片塑料件,取得了良好的效果.文中的直接切片方法对微机械快速成型制件的精度保证具有重要的意义.

     

    Abstract: By using PowerSHAPE sculpting software, a scheme that adopts line, conic arc and cubic Bézier curve to describe the basic elements of direct slicing contour is presented. AutoSection macro is applied to create the direct slicing file with PIC as the standard interface of slicing data description. A direct slicing data processing software PDSlice is successfully developed and applied to the self-made HRPS-III selective laser sintering rapid prototyping system. The direct slicing method significantly improves the precision of micro-mechanical parts.
