数控加工自动编程中的边缘矢量化技术

摘要: 针对目前数控激光加工自动编程系统存在的问题,对边缘跟踪得到的点阵边界图形进行了矢量化处理.在保持图象特征的基础上,使自动编程系统生成的数控加工文件大大压缩,避免了边缘噪声,使数控激光加工的效率进一步提高。Abstract: A vectorizing algorithm for the edge extraction from the scanned images of arbitrary drawing is presented to support the implementation of auto-programming system for numerical controlled (NC) laser machining. With the characteristics of the part contour maintained, the NC files generated by the system are compressed greatly. At the same time, the boundary noise is avoided. As a result, the efficiency of laser machining is further increased.
