由整体到局部的平面曲线部分匹配算法

A Global to Local Partial Matching Algorithm for Planar Curves

  • 摘要: 在基于曲线匹配的检索系统中,提高曲线的匹配速度和精度具有重要的意义.提出一种平面曲线的部分匹配算法,该算法分为整体搜索和局部匹配2个阶段.首先整体搜索确定候选的匹配区域,然后在局部进行精确匹配和验证.对于特征点较少的曲线,根据曲率极值点将曲线划分为多条曲线段,采用局部线性搜索法实现曲线的部分匹配.实验结果说明了算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Improvement of both speed and accuracy is an important problem in the retrieval system based on curve matching.We proposed a partial matching algorithm for planar curves.The algorithm include two steps,global search and local matching.We first use the global search for determining,the candidate partial matches,then improve matching accuracy results by the local matching.For curves with few feature points,we divide each curve into several curve segments according to curvature maxima and make use of a local linear search algorithm find the partial matches.Experimental results show that the proposed method is efficient than existing methods.
