利用直线拟合估算光源色度

Estimation of Illuminant Chromaticity by Linear Fitting Approach

  • 摘要: 提出一种光源色度的估计方法,并在此基础上利用Specularto Diffuse机制去除高光.首先引入最佳分析窗口的概念,将此窗口中的像素归一化,投影到二维的Inverse Intensity空间;然后利用模糊C均值聚类将上述空间中的数据分为3类;最后取其中2类作为候选高光像素,采用一维线性拟合得到直线的截距值作为估算出的光源色度.文中方法相对简单而且容易实现,实验证明非常有效.

     

    Abstract: An algorithm for estimating illuminant chromaticity is proposed and highlight is removed based on specular-to-diffuse mechanism. First, best fit window (BFW) is introduced. Pixels in BFW then are normalized and projected into 2D inverse-intensity space. Then, fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm is performed to cluster the data in inverse-intensity space into three clusters. Finally, linear fitting approach is implemented based on two clusters to obtain intercept value as the estimated illuminant chromaticity. Our algorithm is simple and easy in implementation. Experiments show that the method is highly efficient.
