Abstract: A project management model based on Petri net is introduced.The whole model is divided into four components:the planning,monitoring,predicting and resource allocating Petri nets.The solution methods for presenting the Petri nets,project monitoring,allocating resources and mediating the resource conflict are discussed.The model can satisfy the requirements of concurrent planning and design in project management.
