用差分方法处理NURBS曲面

Notes on Remdering NURBS With Forward Differencing

  • 摘要: 本文用线性变换的观点,结合矩阵方法简明地说明了用差分方法处理任意次有理代数曲面的基本原理,给出了曲面法线和差分过程中产生的中间数据的关系,使法线的计算得到简化。同时,本文的步长和参数选择方法可以防止曲面出现“裂纹”及其边界上的严重走样。

     

    Abstract: The forward differencing method developed by Sun Microsystems is reviewed in a straightforward way. Some improvements are made to the original algorithms, namely, the calculation of surface normal. the adaptive choosing of both u,v values duriny acanning the surface and a simplified way of anti-aliasing.
