Abstract: A method for displaying and hidden surface removing of huge 3D-finite element meshes on the AutoCAD software is presented in this paper. By using this method the 3D-elements with 8 to 20nodes can be displayed correctly and the run time for hidden surface removal of FEM meshes may be saved effectively.
