Abstract: A CAD system for active filter is introduced. A simulator of the active filter using SPICE program is presented. An operational amplifier linear model is composed of passive elements and controlled sources. By using the simulator, we can not only obtain frequency responses but also obtain transient responses. Experiment results are in good agreement with the simulation.
