基于主参数信息模型的多实例库设计

Design of Multiple Case Base with Product Information Model Indexed by Key Characteristics

  • 摘要: 产品信息模型和实例库的设计是基于实例产品设计的基础.用主参数封装零件、组合件和产品的信息,建立了主参数信息模型,实现了表格驱动的产品级参数化设计技术.在此基础上提出一种新的多实例库设计方法,该方法数据冗余少,信息关联度强.根据文中方法开发的"基于知识的机床夹具CAD系统"已经成功地应用于某大型航空企业,取得了满意的效果.

     

    Abstract: The way of representing product information model and case base indexing is the basis of case-based design. An information model of part, component and product indexed by main parameters is presented that facilitates the description of cases in relational database and implementation of table-driven product-level parametric design technology. Based on the information model, a new method of multiple case base design is given which helps to standardize the case base implementation with few redundancy. Using the methods, a Dedicated Computer Aided Fixture Design System has been developed and used well in an aviation project.
