基于STEP标准的通用有限元数据基的构成

摘要: 在进行工程设计和产品设计时,通常需要应用有限元技术进行设计对象的力学分析.在这个过程中不仅会生成大量的数据,还需要在不同的有限元软件之间、不同的有限元前后处理软件之间、或者有限元软件与CAD/CAM软件之间进行数据交换.针对目前有限元软件主要采用点对点数据交换模式所存在的缺点,提出了建立普适的交换模式--有限元数据基的设想,并基于STEP标准构建了有限元数据基的中性文件的表述形式及其EXPRESS描述.该方法简便易行,有通用性,能够替代传统的点对点的有限元数据交换模式.Abstract: In the engineering structures or productions design,it is important for the data exchanging and sharing between CAD and CAM as well as between CAD and CAE.Finite Element Analysis ( FEA) is one of the CAE technologies that are widely applied in product design life circle.Data exchange techniques for CAD/CAM are concerned much more than those for CAE.This paper tries to look for the solution of data exchanging and sharing between different FEA applications and,consider it as part of the integral of CAD/CAE/CIMS.We present Finite Element Analysis data set based on PDES/STEP.In this paper,a PDES/STEP—based neutral FEA data set file format is suggested,the relative EXPRESS schema is described and the implementation is shown.
