Abstract: Model management technology in a dynamics simulation platform for complicated multi-body mechanical system named InteDyn is presented.Object-oriented paradigm is applied to implement the model management to support fast-modeling,model reusing,and hierarchical subsystem composition of complicated machinery.Its application to the modeling and simulation of a full car shows the feasibility of this new architecture.
