Abstract: A face model suitable for all kinds of face shape and angle (both eyes visible) is presented.Based on the model,a new method to locate faces in complex white and black background is proposed.Grey-scale information,gradient information and symmetry information of face are used in the operation.This method is very fast and the locations oftwo eyes are given simultaneously.
