Abstract: Quality control and quality management are significant to the applications of CIMS. With the development of Total Quality Management and the wide applications of CIMS, it is necessary to develop a network based cooperative quality management system. According to the cycle pattern of PDCA in quality management, we present a PDCA-based Multi-Agent workflow model. We have also implemented the Cooperative Quality Management Workflow Model (CQMWF), which can completely express the quality information processing and the information flow in quality management. Based on Lotus Notes platform, a prototype system for Zhejiang Wolong Electrical Machines Company has been developed.
