一元化特征建模技术研究

STUDY ON UNIFIED FEATURE MODELLING

  • 摘要: 特征建模是实现CAD/CAM以及并行工程(CE)中信息集成的关键。一元化特征建模技术融特征设计和特征识别两者为一体,设计阶段的初始设计特征进入应用领域后,经过特征识别器形成领域专用特征。每个特征的完整信息模型包括管理信息、几何信息、尺寸信息和约束信息。特征识别器基于图论知识,主要对特征的几何形面关系进行处理。我们提出的一元化特征建模技术兼取两种传统特征建模技术的优点,成功地应用在级进模CAD/CAM系统中。

     

    Abstract: Feature modelling is the key issue to integrate information in CAD/CAM and even in Concurrent Engineering.Unified feature modelling technique is a hybrid of feature-based design and feature recognition.In design stage,a part is described by initial features with four information models.When the downstream applications begins. those initial features are processed by feature recognizer and divided into applications specific features.The complete information of a feature include attributes model,geometry model,dimensions model and constraints model.The features recognizer has realized on the basis of graph theory.Compared with those two traditional techniques,this new one has been proven successful in our CAD/CAM system for progressive die.
