Abstract: In combination with the development of an instrument product modeling design system, based on the idea of virtual prototype reality design (VPRD) we conduct an applied research on integration technology for CAE in instrument product modeling design. Through computer analysis and calculation, various test projects can be simulated in the design. It provides a quick and feasible method with instrument product that can improve design quality, reduce design cycle and cost and achieve instrument product modeling design based on VPRD.
