连续域蚁群算法在扩散工艺路线优选中的应用

Application of Continuous Space Ant Colony Algorithm to Proliferative Process Route Optimization

  • 摘要: 针对工艺快速扩散系统中的扩散工艺路线决策问题,提出了扩散工艺路线优选模型.该模型以成本和时间为约束,结合了工艺快速扩散系统中工艺单一性的特点,构建了改进的连续域蚁群算法.该算法提出了最小路径蚂蚁信息素的局部更新,加快了收敛速度,能够快速解决扩散工艺路线优选问题.最后以一个实例验证了该算法的实用性.

     

    Abstract: To solve the decision making problem of proliferative process routes for a rapid process proliferation system,a optimization model for proliferative process routes is established.Taking time and cost as constraints,this model considers the characteristic of single proliferative process in rapid process proliferation system.An improved continuous space ant colony algorithm is constructed.To speed up the convergence,a local updating method for the minimal ant route is proposed in this algorithm,which can solve the problem of optimizing proliferative process routes quickly.A proliferative process route is taken as an example to validate that the method is practical.
