面向虚拟装配的产品层次信息表达研究

The Multi-Level Representation of Product Information for Virtual Assembly

  • 摘要: 提出了将虚拟装配中的产品属性与行为信息分为产品层、特征层、几何拓扑层以及显示层.通过产品层次信息模型中的数据映射与约束映射,实现产品信息的层次间关联.面向虚拟装配的产品层次信息模型在满足虚拟现实实时性要求的同时,不仅保持了CAD静态设计信息的完整性,还表达了零件在虚拟环境中的动态行为信息.

     

    Abstract: The product attribute and behavior information in virtual assembly is stored in a hierarchy of product, feature, geometry & topology and display levels. These different levels are associatively linked together through the mapping of correlated data and constraints. Product information organized in such a way can not only meet the requirements of real-time in a virtual reality system, but also maintain the integrity of CAD data and dynamic behavior of the part in the virtual environment.
