二维CAD系统绘图装配消隐实现方法
ASSEMBLY HIDDEN METHOD FOR TWO-DIMENSIONAL CAD SYSTEM

摘要: 首先给出了零件视图的定义,并赋予零件视图一个深度值描述产品装配图中各个零件视图之间的相互遮挡关系.然后利用基于回溯的参考点边界自动搜索算法给出了零件视图的外边界和若干内边界.这样零件视图之间的消隐,就可看作是不同平面的多边形边界之间的消隐.同时,采用实体数据与显示数据分离的思想,消隐只针对显示数据进行,保证了零件实体的数据完整,实现装配图中零件视图之间的显示和打印消隐.而且此方法已成功地运用于机械设计系统GHMDS1.0中。Abstract: Firstly,the definition of Part View is presented.The hidden relations of Part Views are established by given a depth value to a Part View in a product assembly drawing.Then the inside boundaries and an outside boundary of the Part View are obtained by using automatically recall-based searching algorithm referring a point.Therefore,hidden relations of Part Views can be regarded as the hidden relations of the boundaries of Part Views in different parallel planes.Furthermore,establishing the virtue display data from the entity data and processing the virtue display data by a simple hidden algorithm,we can obtain the hidden display or printing drawings of the product,and keep the integrity of the product data.This method has been used in the Mechanical Design System (GHMDS1.0) successfully.
