基于约束的装配体技术

ASSEMBLY DESIGN BASED ON CONSTRAINTS

  • 摘要: 本文首先给出了装配体的数学模型与表示模型,系统采用二叉树来表示一个装配体,接着提出了基于约束表示的装配体位置关系的描述方法,约束通过转化以方程的形式求解,并对Newton迭代法提出了改进算法。文章最后讨论了装配体的装配与拆卸算法。该方法已在我们自行开发的基于特征的参数化产品造型系统ZD-MCADⅡ中实现。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a mathematical model and representation model of the assembly.A binary tree is used to represent an assembly in ZD-MCAD Ⅱ.It propposes a constraint based method for describing the mating conditions of the components of an assembly,and the constraints will be translated into a group of non-linear equations that are solved by improving Newton method.The algorithm of assembling and disassembling is also discussed.The method has already been implemented in our feature based parametric system ZD-MCAD Ⅱ.
