Abstract: In this paper, a 3D machining, simulation system for NC milling machine, called NCMSS, is introduced. The data structure, algorithms and practical technigues of the system are described. NCMSS is programmed in the C programming language, and can run on APOLLO workstation or the personal computers with MS Windows 3.0.
