用于构造等值面的剖分立方体算法的改进及应用

AN IMPROVEMENT ON DIVIDING CUBES METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 本文以传统的用于构造等值面的剖分立方体(Dividing Cubes)算法为基础,提出了算法加速的几点改进方法。给出的新的数据结构及算法,在三维等值面实时操作中有重要的意义。结合所提出的算法,给出了三维图象所表示的物体的交互测量方法。最后,以医学CT和MR数据为背景,实现了上述方法。结果表明,本方法较原算法的效率有很大的提高,便于实时交互操作。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,three techniques have been developed to improve the conventional Dividing Cubes method.the new data structure and algorithm introduced is useful for interactive manipulation.Then,a solution for measurement of 3D distance and volume of an object is proposed.Finally,the algorithm is implemented for displaying 3D medical images of CT and MRI data.The experimental results show that the algorithm is practical and satisfactory.
