Abstract: The paper describes a practical blending operation for polyhedrons．The blending surface is G¹ continuous．This method constructs a surface model from a wire-frame model and can process surface blending between two surfaces with constant radius or variant radius and surface blending among three surfaces．The blending of irregular polyhedrons can also be realized by the method．
