Abstract: A new algorithm for digital image watermarking based on binary operation in the wavelet transform domain is proposed, and the original image is not required for detecting the watermark. The experimental results show that the embedded digital watermarks with the proposed algorithm are invisible and robust enough against the commonly used image processing techniques.
