一类闭环约束的装配约束问题求解

Solving 3D Geometric Constraints for a Class of Closed-loop Assemblies

  • 摘要: 分析了一种可以拆分为等价的开环约束的装配闭环约束问题.给出了等价性的定义,并提出一种该类闭环约束拆分为等价开环约束的方法.首先确定装配几何约束图上的闭环,然后对该闭环利用自由度归约加扰动判定是否从某一条边拆开.该方法能够较好的简化CAD软件中用户添加的装配约束,避免了因闭环约束造成的求解复杂度增加的情况,同时可以更好的表达实际装配的过程.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we study a class of closed-loop assemblies which can be converted into equivalent ones without loops. The definition of equivalence of geometric constraint graphs is presented and a method converting a closed-loop constraint graph into the equivalent open-loop one is proposed. This method firstly determines whether a closed loop exists in the graph, and utilizes DOF reduction analysis and disturbing method to identify if the closed-loop constraints can be broken from a certain edge. This method simplifies the closed-loop geometric constraint problems in CAD software introduced by the user and reduces the solving complexity. Furthermore, the dissected geometric constraint graph could better represent the assembling procedure.
