基于装配约束动态管理的虚拟拆卸

Virtual Disassembly Based on Dynamic Management of Assembly Constraints

  • 摘要: 装配约束是虚拟拆卸环境下必须考虑的装配体的重要信息.提出虚拟拆卸过程中装配约束的动态管理机制,并实现了基于装配约束导航的虚拟拆卸.装配约束的动态管理包括虚拟环境下装配约束的获取、表达以及拆卸过程中装配约束的动态维护,即装配约束的动态解除和产生.文中用装配约束图表达零件间的装配约束,提出装配约束的间接解除方法,并实现了基于装配约束推理的零件可拆卸方向的推导.最后,通过一个简单装配体的拆卸实例,对文中方法进行了验证.

     

    Abstract: Assembly constraints present important information of assembly in virtual disassembly environment. A dynamic management mechanism of assembly constraints is put forward, and based on the navigation of assembly constraints, virtual disassembly under the virtual environment is realized. The dynamic management mechanism of assembly constraints comprises acquisition and representation of assembly constraints in the virtual environment and dynamic maintenance of assembly constraints, which includes deletion and generation of assembly constraints during disassembly. In this paper, assembly constraints are represented using an assembly constraint graph. An indirect deletion method of assembly constraints is presented. The disassembly directions of parts can be obtained by constraint reasoning. In the end, a simple assembly is disassembled, which is taken as an example to verify the proposed method.
