均匀B样条曲面在导引雷达天线罩精密加工中的应用

Application of B-spline Surface in Precision Machining of Missile Radome

  • 摘要: 导弹天线罩是薄壁复杂回转体,罩壁的电厚度的均匀性要求严格.在精密修磨天线罩内廓型面时,必须先根据测量型值点重构出内廓型面,建立精密修磨的相对参考基准.因此三维自由内廓型面的重构精度是决定天线罩精密修磨精度的关键.使用基于最小二乘法的双三次均匀B样条方法,实现天线罩内廓型面的重构,并已成功应用于导弹天线罩精密修磨系统中.天线罩的内廓型面的精密修磨结果证明:应用文中方法重构的曲面精度高、光顺性好.

     

    Abstract: Missile radome is complicated revolving body. In order to establish the datum of inner-surface before precision internal grinding, it is necessary to reconstruct the free curved inner-surface from a large amount of discrete measured data. A bicubic B-spline method based on least squares techniques to reconstruct 3D surface of radome's inner-surface is presented, and successfully applied in the precision grinding system of missile radome. The results after internal grinding prove that the inner-surface reconstructed by this method is smooth and accurate.
