Abstract: The method of area prediction and buffer cells adjustment for automatic layout design result are introduced in tne model of standard cell compatible macro cell. These methods have important significances for the placement design and the determining position of the buffer and for the placement schene and hierarchical design. In principle, these methods can be used in other models.
