面向规模化产品族的数值规划方法

Numerical Programming Approaches for the Development of Modular Product Family

  • 摘要: 基于功能、物理特性的相似性形成零件之间的关系矩阵;应用模拟退火算法对产品模块进行合理、有效地划分,通过对目标函数、模块数量的并行优化得出了最优的模块设计方案 结合典型实例验证了文中提出的算法具有良好的适应性,并且通过与其他几种优化算法比较说明了该算法具有一定的简便性;为面向大规模定制的模块化构建提供了另一种数值计算、评价途径.

     

    Abstract: Components are analyzed hierarchically according to their function and structure characteristics to generate relationship matrix showing their mutual interaction levels. Simulated annealing algorithm is applied to classify products into modules rationally. By optimizing the objective function in connection with the number of modules simultaneously, an ideal modularization design layout is obtained. Through a typical mechanical design case, the proposed approach is proven to be appropriate to tackle modularization problems for mass customization.
