非直线排列剥叶元件的疲劳寿命分析

Analysis of the Fatigue Life of Nonlinear Arrangement of Sugarcane Cleaning Element in Brush Shape

  • 摘要: 阐述了整杆式甘蔗收获机械非直线排列剥叶元件疲劳分析的总体思路利用计算机仿真分析的方法分析了剥叶元件装夹参数及其注塑加工过程中产生的缺陷对元件寿命的影响,提出了不同工况剥叶元件疲劳分析的有限元计算模型通过仿真分析,方便、快捷地得出剥叶元件疲劳寿命预估值,并用试验证明了其有效性.

     

    Abstract: The cleaning element is the key part of sugarcane leaf cleaner, and the way in various installations would directly affect the leaf-cleaning quality and the life of the element. The stress concentration incurred when the element was moulded in plastic, is the main fatigue origin, and crack would be gradually formed under the action of circulating load at the place with stress concentration. A virtual orthogonal experiment method is used to optimize installing parameters of cleaning element; and a simulation is made to analyze the cleaning element fatigue life so that its life could be estimated quickly and effectively. When the installation parameters of the cleaning element are optimized, the element life could be prolonged, and the effect is validated by experiment.
