运动状态下虚拟人全身皮肤实时变形方法

Real Time Skin Deformation Method for Virtual Human in Motion

  • 摘要: 完善了已有的广义交叉截面法,针对人体全身各处的特点提出了多种灵活有效的截面分组方法,实现了人体运动状态下的全身皮肤实时变形;同时结合插值方法,进一步提高肩关节、髋关节等运动幅度较大部位的皮肤变形效果.该方法适用于任意皮肤网格组织方式的虚拟人模型,能够在人体各种运动状态下实时生成逼真的全身皮肤运动变形.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we refine the general cross-sectional contour method with three measures,and based on the measures general cross-sectional contours are able to be perfectly created according to the corresponding features on different parts of human body. Then we implemented a real-time skin deformation method on the whole skin surface of human body. Secondly, we use an interpolation method to improve the visual effect of the deformation, especially on the joints with possibly great and complex rotation, such as shoulder and hip. The new method can drive arbitrary skin grid of virtual human and can achieve better deformation result in any motion state.
