基于局部特征的体切片自适应重建

Local-Feature Based Adaptive Reconstruction for Volume Slice

  • 摘要: 利用插值点附近体素的1、2阶导数来描述体数据的局部特征,再依据特征的类型把空间区域分为常数、线性和非线性区域,并对不同的区域施用不同复杂度的滤波器,可以获得高精度的体切片.实验表明,与传统的线性插值相比,该方法可以重建更高质量的图像;重建效率也比单纯使用复杂滤波器高.

     

    Abstract: The paper describes the local features within the volume data using first and second order derivatives around interpolated points,and then classifies the space into constant zones,linear zones,and non-linear zones according to the types of local feature.Accordingly,different filters are employed to reconstruct accurate volume slice.The experiment results show that the method can generate higher quality images than the traditional linear filter and has less computational load than using pure complex filters.
