NPU系统中优化PLA的实现

Implementation of Optimal PLA in NPU System

摘要: 本文首先介绍了西北工业大学ASIC研究室开发的NPU超大规模集成电路计算机辅助设计系统中PLA设计工具包的基本功能。然后介绍了优化PLA的实现和版图实现的基本原理。该系统中采用了二次优化技术,对PLA进行优化处理,最后产生出版图文件。为PLA设计提供了实用化的工具。

Abstract: This paper introduces briefly the basic functions of PLA design tools in NPU VLSI CAD System, developed by the Asic Research Laboratory of Northwestern Polytechnical University. Then, it presents the implementation of optimal PLA and basic principle of optimal PLA layout.
