Component-Oriented Distributed Part Optimization Design and Data Management System

  • 摘要: 采用分布式三层网络模型,构建了分布式的基于UG外部开发的零件参数化设计组件及基于Fortran语言的优化设计组件利用VC++6.0和UG二次开发接口,以面向组件的系统开发方法和COM/DCOM编程方式进行了组件拼装,开发了一套集零件数据管理、参数化设计、优化设计和有限元分析等功能于一体的分布式零件优化设计与数据管理系统(D3MS).

     

    Abstract: The development of a component-oriented distributed part optimization design and data management system (D3MS) is introduced in this paper. The system aims at the functions of distributed product data management, parametric design, optimization design and FEA of the parts. In its development, firstly, by using component-oriented approach, the system architecture is designed. And then based on the component programming, two software components for part parametric design and part optimization design respectively are realized. Finally, with the distributed 3-tier network model and COM/DCOM distributed component model, the distributed integration of the two design components, data management and FEA module is achieved.
