Abstract: A simple method to simulate three-axis NC machining on PC is presented.Shape ofthe workpiece is subdivided into uniform meshes and the depth of each cell being machined by the milling cutter is calculated.In the process of simulation,it is possible to resize,rotate and move the workpiece in real time.
