Abstract: Assembly modeling and variable assembly design are the core of integrated platform, while the assembly planning and simulation, assembly analysis, tolerance analysis and synthesis constitute the fundamental functions. The framework integrates the product information and design process, forming a top-down design loop with interdependent system modules and mutually interacting effects to accelerate the process of reaching the design goal.
